In fulfilment of our information obligation under GDPR, we hereby inform our customers and contractors of the manner we protect the obtained personal data that are necessary for the proper performance of the services arising from our business operations.
I. Information on the processing of personal data

The personal data are processed for the purposes of, and to the extent necessary for, the proper performance of the services resulting from our business operations, including the performance of activities arising from generally applicable laws, including the issuance and storage of invoices and accounting documents, and responding to complaints within the time and in the form provided for by law.
3. Your personal data are processed for the period necessary for the proper performance of the above-mentioned contracts and obligations, and thereafter for the purposes and for the period and to the extent required by law, or in order to secure possible claims.
4. Your personal data in the form of the image recorded by the video cameras are stored for a maximum period of 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
5. Data subjects have the right of access to the content of their personal data and the right to their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
6. Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of their personal data is in breach of the provisions of generally applicable law.

II. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
1 The legal basis for the processing of your personal data by Jurapol s.c. with its registered office at 98-355 Raciszyn, ul. Przemysłowa 1A, NIP: 5080093695 and REGON: 369909003, is Article 23(1)(3) of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data [Journal of Laws 2016, item 922, as amended], hereinafter referred to as: Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR and Article 6(1)(f).

(e) Company details, including NIP (if the company issues VAT invoices);
(f) Registration number of the customer’s vehicle
(g) Identity document number
(h) Date of birth, PESEL (personal identification number)
(i) Bank account number
IV. Transfer of personal data to other entities
- User data will be transferred to other entities if necessary under applicable laws; personal data may be transferred only on the basis of such laws.
- Users’ personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
V. Cookie Policy
- In connection with the use of this website, we collect cookies, comprising textual content, which may contain personal data in the form of the IP address of the computer and a unique device identifier stored in the file. These files are not stored on the company’s servers and the data contained in them are only read when you visit the website. Installation of cookies is necessary for the proper provision of services on the website. Cookies contain information necessary for the proper functioning of a website, in particular websites requiring authorisation. Users may at any time change their browser settings so that cookies are either accepted or rejected, or so that the users are notified that the files are not placed on their computer. 2. The legal basis for the collection of data read from cookies is Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, permitting the processing of personal data in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the controller. Such interest is to adjust the website to the individual user’s settings and to save the data entered by the user related to the use of the website, as well as to carry out statistical analyses concerning users and visitors to the website for the purposes of the website administrator.
3. The following types of cookies are used on the website
a. session – remaining in the browser until it is closed or until you log out of the website on which they are placed.
b. persistent – remaining in the web browser of the device until the user deletes them or until the end of a predefined time specified in the cookie file parameters

9. The controller reserves the right to amend the privacy policy of the website, which may be caused by the development of Internet technology or changes in the personal data protection laws. We will inform users of any changes in a visible and comprehensible manner.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
We use Google Analytics system to track traffic on our website, as well as to create market and statistical analyses and to improve the quality of the information presented on the website. In addition, by using the Google Analytics system, we also create marketing lists based on specific actions taken by users on the website.
The Google Analytics tool we use stores data for a period of 50 months from the date of collection. The storage period applies to user-level and event-level data linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. User-ID) and advertising identifiers (e.g. DoubleClick cookies, Android display ad ID and Apple ID for advertisers).
